We understand that sometimes clothes don’t quite fit or you might change your mind, which is why we offer a simple and convenient returns policy.

Returns period You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return unworn, unwashed and unaltered items with the original tags attached.

Returns process

Initiating a return: Contact our customer service team by email at . We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Download the returns form: Our returns form also includes the returns address.
Packaging the return: Securely pack the items you wish to return in their original packaging. Include the completed packing slip and returns form with the RAN clearly marked.
Shipping: Send the return package to the address provided in the returns instructions. For optimal return processing, returns should be sent to our warehouse at the following address: We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

Who is responsible for the return shipping costs?

You are responsible for return shipping costs for all other returns (e.g. size change, change of mind). Please note that return shipping costs may be 35 euros or more as all returns must be shipped to our warehouse in China.
Anita&Becker does not charge additional return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we have received your returned items and verified that they meet the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
The processing time for refunds can take up to 14 days.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered or without original tags.
